I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric! Selling my father's townhouse following his passing was an emotional experience, but Eric made the entire process so much easier. From beginning to end, he was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated his guidance, communication, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. It's not always easy to navigate the sale of a loved one's home, but Eric made me feel supported and confident every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent. Thank you, Eric, for making a difficult time a little easier!

We are so thankful to Courtney McCarson and Eric Benz for their expertise and support throughout our real estate journey. They provided excellent advice, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the entire process seamless. Their professionalism and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough great things about Eric and Courtney at McCarson/Benz. My husband and I had a deep emotional investment in selling the home we built and lived in for 10 years, so finding a team that truly cared—and could find the right buyer for our unique home—meant everything to us. Eric and Courtney were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Burbank market, but they were also spot-on with their advice and guidance every step of the way. They made the entire process feel easy, were always flexible and available, and consistently got us answers quickly. They even talked us off the ledge a few times when things felt overwhelming. We truly couldn’t recommend McCarson/Benz more. Thank you, Eric and Courtney!

I could not be more pleased with the service that Courtney and her team provided! She was very personable, knowledgeable, and always available. I asked many, many questions through this process and she was so patient helping me from start to finish. Without hesitation, I will recommend Courtney and her team to anyone in need of a realtor.
